I Have Experience Most Situations

In my 34 years in business, I have experienced just about everything that starting and running can throw at an entrepreneur, including near failure. This means that I am able to advise on a wide range of business activities and situations through my Business Coaching.
This can be a great benefit to my clients  –  many Business Coaches with considerably less experience are not able to convey the same level of advice.

My Business Coaching Can Be Very Effective When Everything I advice Is Implemented

When everything I advise is implemented by the client, in full, the results can be staggering creating great changes to a business’s prospects, transforming the sales and profits of the business and often making life much better for the owner.

I Cannot Help Everyone Though

But, I cannot help everyone, however.  When clients ‘cherry-pick’ my advice and only implement what they choose to act on, the business coaching can be ineffective.
For example, I started coaching a client 3 years ago.  The business was a startup and the business owner followed my advice fully and completely for the first 18 months and had an absolutely brilliant start.  Then inexplicably and possibly through his arrogance, he chose to ignore my advice and I consequently stopped coaching him.  At the time of writing (January 2018), I understand he is facing the prospect of closing his business and it failing.
Had he carried on taking and using my advice fully, I am absolutely certain, his only problem would have been what to do with the substantial profits!
